At Four D we hold the full range of 0.5kg to 5kg vinyl coated dumbbells in stock, for a speedy delivery. Each of our dumbbells are colour coded according to their weight, as well as having their weight stamped on the hexagon at each end. Please see the below table for weight/colour information.
