Product Description
Four D has been manufacturing for Synthetic Rubber (Latex Free) sheeting varying industry applications for a number of years. Synthetic Rubber is designed to provide an alternative material for situations where sensitivity to latex might be an issue. This material is predominantly used in the medical, physiotherapy and food industries. Our latex free material uses a specialised synthetic version of the natural rubber molecule which has non of the proteins that can cause allergic reactions whilst maintaining the physical properties of natural rubber.

Produced in widths up to 920mm and thicknesses from 0.18 – 0.55mm our Synthetic natural rubber sheet (latex free sheet) is predominantly used for medical, dental and food applications.
If you have an application where sensitivity to latex could be an issue but you still need the incredible properties of natural rubber, then this is the product for you.
The material is produced to meet the required FDA standards for each application and is available in a variety of colours.
